Feasibility study includes: expanded lobby and reception area, a total of 316 new dog runs, 35 new cages for stray holding, 20 new cat cages for adoption, an isolation area for sick dogs and cats, quarantine areas for puppies and kittens, a new training facillity, a new delivery garage and triage area, new indoor and outdoor play areas.
