This two story addition adjacent to the kitchen encloses approximately 1,666 s.f. on each floor. The structure uses similar construction methods and materials as the existing building and the lower level serves as a kitchen storage area. A new loading dock and ramp are protected with a cantilevered canopy. The upper level serves as office/classroom area.
