As part of the Law Enforcement Center project, this obsolete retail vehicle service center was renovated into a 13,600 s.f. vehicle and equipment maintenance facility, servicing a fleet of more than 1,100 vehicles and pieces of equipment. This gut remodeling project provided the City of Topeka with 16 vehicle service bays, parts storage with direct access to exterior for deliveries and much more. *The architect of record is e.architects.
