A new addition to the east of the existing Exhibition Hall encloses the ticket sales area and serves as a multi-purpose lobby area. Renovations included two toilets designed to meet accessibility requirements, exterior masonry restoration, new windows with opaque infill and a new fire alarm system. *The architect of record is e.architects.
